Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?
Yes! We bring all of our own professional cleaning supplies and equipment. If you have a specific product you'd like us to use, just let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all! Many of our clients aren't home while we clean. As long as we have a way to access your home, we'll take great care of it and secure your home when we're finished.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, tap-to-pay, cash, checks, and other secure online payment options for your convenience.
When is payment due?
Payment is due upon completion of your cleaning unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Do you offer one-time cleanings?
Yes! Whether you need a one-time cleaning, a move-in or move-out cleaning, an Airbnb turnover, or recurring home maintenance, we're here to help.
What should I do before you arrive?
There's no need to deep clean before we come—that's what we're here for! We simply ask that personal items, important paperwork, and valuables be put away so we can focus on cleaning your home efficiently.
Do you offer laundry and organization services?
Yes! Along with residential cleaning, we also offer laundry wash-and-fold services and home organization. Let us know if you'd like to include these services with your cleaning.
How do your estimates and pricing work?
We provide personalized estimates for every home because no two homes are the same. Your first cleaning is built based on the actual labor hours required. For many recurring clients, we're happy to offer a consistent flat-rate price after we've established the average time needed to clean your home.
